Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Customer Support Agent with excellent English communication skills to join our team. Since all of our systems, customer interactions, and internal communications are conducted in English, the ideal candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, hardworking, responsible, and eager to grow professionally. Due to previous challenges in finding qualified candidates, we place a strong emphasis on learning ability, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time night shift position. Applicants must be willing and able to work overnight hours on a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and messages professionally in English.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and dispatchers.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information about services.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company's CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory. (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Hardworking, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
