Women Activities & Social Service Association (WASSA) was established in 2002 in Afghanistan as a non-governmental organization, committed to seeking ways for women's empowerment in Afghanistan. WASSA aims to promote women's equal participation in socio-economic sectors of the country. WASSA works directly with communities to bring change in the social attitude of the community regarding women.

·        Conduct vaccine administration sessions in BHC catchment area for all target mothers and children on regular basis. 

·        Make sure that accuracy and quality of all field immunization activities are maintained and reported (EPI registers, clients’ cards & other reporting formats) on due time to REMT/PEMT and WASSA office.

·        Responsible to know the updated national EPI guidelines/policies regarding immunization program.

·        Regular reporting to PEMT/REMT regarding vaccine, cold chain commodities and data including proper storage and inventory of all items received and utilized.

·        Maintain specific focus on quality of vaccines through proper follow up of EPI recommendations for cold chain in the field.

·        Prepare and maintain the immunization micro plan according to BHC fixed and outreach plan to reach all eligible mothers and children on due time.

·        Organize vaccination session according to the BHC fixed and outreach plan for all catchment area population. 

·        Organize/conduct regular health education sessions during field work and pass health messages regarding immunization to clients and communities.

·        Maintain close coordination with local community elders/stakeholders and volunteers to ensure motivation and mobilization of the local communities to participate in EPI activities.

·        Registration and reporting of all vaccinated eligible mothers and children according to National EPI reporting formats/registers.

·        Support vaccination campaigns, emergency immunization activities, and outbreak response when required.

·        Keep record of all EPI related assets and cold chain commodities supplied by National EPI/WHO.

·        Actively participation in community-based immunization awareness raising program.

·        Undertake any other task assigned by the health facility in-charge.

مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف واکسیناتور سیار (Outreach Vaccinator)

• اجرای جلسات واکسیناسیون در ساحه تحت پوشش مرکز صحی (BHC) برای تمامی مادران و کودکان واجد شرایط به‌صورت منظم.
• اطمینان از صحت، دقت و کیفیت تمامی فعالیت‌های واکسیناسیون ساحوی و ثبت و گزارش‌دهی به‌موقع آن‌ها (راجسترهای EPI، کارت‌های مراجعین و سایر فورمت‌های گزارش‌دهی) به تیم‌های REMT/PEMT و دفتر WASSA.
• آگاهی کامل از رهنمودها، طرزالعمل‌ها و پالیسی‌های به‌روز برنامه ملی معافیت کتلوی (EPI) در زمینه تطبیق واکسین.
• ارائه گزارش منظم به تیم‌های PEMT/REMT در مورد واکسین‌ها، تجهیزات زنجیره سرد، معلومات و مدیریت صحیح نگهداری و موجودی تمامی اقلام دریافت‌شده و مصرف‌شده.
• حفظ کیفیت واکسین‌ها از طریق رعایت کامل دستورالعمل‌های برنامه EPI در رابطه با زنجیره سرد (Cold Chain) در ساحه.
• ترتیب، تطبیق و به‌روزرسانی مایکروپلان واکسیناسیون مطابق پلان مراکز ثابت و تیم‌های سیار (Fixed & Outreach) جهت دسترسی به تمامی مادران و کودکان واجد شرایط در زمان تعیین‌شده.
• تنظیم و اجرای جلسات واکسیناسیون مطابق پلان مراکز ثابت و سیار برای تمامی جمعیت تحت پوشش مرکز صحی.
• برگزاری جلسات منظم آموزش صحی در جریان فعالیت‌های ساحوی و ارائه پیام‌های آگاهی‌دهی در مورد اهمیت واکسیناسیون به مراجعین و اعضای جامعه.
• حفظ هماهنگی نزدیک با بزرگان محل، متنفذین، ذی‌دخلان و داوطلبان محلی به‌منظور تشویق و بسیج مردم برای مشارکت در فعالیت‌های برنامه EPI.
• ثبت و گزارش‌دهی تمامی مادران و کودکان واجد شرایط که واکسین دریافت کرده‌اند، مطابق راجسترها و فورمت‌های رسمی برنامه ملی EPI.
• همکاری در کمپاین‌های واکسیناسیون، برنامه‌های معافیت اضطراری و پاسخ به شیوع بیماری‌ها در صورت نیاز.
• نگهداری و ثبت دقیق تمامی دارایی‌ها، تجهیزات و وسایل مربوط به برنامه EPI و زنجیره سرد که از سوی برنامه ملی EPI یا سازمان جهانی صحت (WHO) در اختیار قرار می‌گیرد.
• مشارکت فعال در برنامه‌های آگاهی‌دهی جامعه‌محور در زمینه معافیت کتلوی و واکسیناسیون.
• انجام سایر وظایفی که از سوی مسئول مرکز صحی یا آمر مربوطه محول می‌شود.

·        Having University degree in Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy or related field.

·        At least 2 years working in the hospital/health facility is preferred.

·        Vaccination-related training certificate will be preferred.

·        Ability to work in a team environment and remote areas.

·        Very good communication with staff & clients.

·        Flexibility for work.

·        Strong capacity building & facility skills.

·        Ability to travel within the work environment.

Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto, both written and spoken.

• داشتن حداقل مدرک لیسانس در رشته صحت عامه، نرسنگ، فارمسی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.

• داشتن حداقل ۲ سال تجربه کاری در شفاخانه یا مراکز صحی ترجیح داده می‌شود.

• داشتن سند آموزشی یا تصدیق‌نامه مرتبط با واکسیناسیون، یک امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.

• توانایی کار در محیط تیمی و مناطق دورافتاده.

• داشتن مهارت‌های بسیار خوب در برقراری ارتباط با همکاران و مراجعین.

• برخورداری از انعطاف‌پذیری در انجام وظایف.

• داشتن توانمندی قوی در آموزش، ارتقای ظرفیت و تسهیل‌گری.

• آمادگی و توانایی سفرهای کاری در ساحه مسئولیت.

• تسلط کامل به زبان دری و/یا پشتو، به‌صورت گفتاری و نوشتاری.
