Call for Expression of Interest: sub-grants for local organisations in ten provinces

Integrity Watch Afghanistan is offering ten grants of between 15,000 and 20,000 USD to local organisations, one in each of these provinces: Balkh, Bamyan, Herat, Jawzjan, Kabul, Kandahar, Kapisa, Kunduz, Nangarhar and Paktia.

The work is community engagement to improve the quality of public services, mainly at schools and health facilities, running from October 2026 to December 2027.

To apply, your organisation must be a registered Afghan non-governmental or community-based organisation, present and working in the province you apply from, with a written statute, a valid registration licence and a recent tax clearance confirmation. Apply for one province only.

This is the first stage. We are asking you to introduce your organisation, tell us what you have done, and say how you read the situation in your province. We are not asking for a full proposal or a budget.

Send the completed Expression of Interest form, the KYC form, SG1 Part A, your registration licence, your tax clearance confirmation and your statute to info@integritywatch.org. You may write in English, Dari or Pashto.
