ASAS Training & Educational Organization (ATEO) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of grocery shop items for 20 beneficiary shops under its livelihood support project in Meer Bacha Kot District, Kabul Province.

Interested suppliers must submit a signed and stamped quotation along with a valid business license, TIN certificate, company profile, and evidence of at least two similar supply experiences. Prices must be quoted in USD and include transportation costs.

The quotation will be evaluated based on price competitiveness, compliance with specifications, supplier experience and delivery capacity, and submission of required documents. Late submissions may not be considered. ATEO reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in accordance with the RFQ terms and conditions.
