Call for Applications: Host Organizations for WAQAR Internship Opportunities

Vision Development Organization (VDO), invites eligible NGOs, private companies, businesses, institutions, and other employers across Afghanistan to apply as host organizations for a two-month internship program.

The initiative aims to provide practical workplace experience and professional skills development opportunities for eligible female and male candidates, including returnees, youth who have experienced interruptions in their education, and persons with disabilities. Selected interns will receive a stipend of USD 85 per month, subject to project procedures and satisfactory participation.

Interested organizations should provide a safe, inclusive, and professional working environment, assign a designated supervisor, and propose suitable internship roles with meaningful learning opportunities.

Organizations are requested to complete the Host Organization Application Form and submit it, along with available supporting documents, to employers@vdongo.org using the email subject: “WAQAR Intern- Host Application – [Organization Name]”.
