Procurement of Vehicle Rental Services for Project Implementation in Sar-e-pul Province

GAALO requires the rental of three vehicles with qualified drivers to support access, coordination, and field implementation activities in the following target districts:

1. Sancharak
2. Sozma Qala

Vehicle Specifications:

• Type: Toyota Corolla or equivalent sedan
• Year: 2000 or newer
• Good mechanical condition
• Valid vehicle registration legal documents
• Equipped with seat belts, spare tire, fire extinguisher, jack, and first aid kit

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Afghan driving license
• Minimum 10 years of driving experience
• Familiarity with Sar-e-pul Province roads
• Professional conduct and appropriate appearance

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Provide fuel, driver salary, and all maintenance costs
• Guarantee availability throughout the project duration
• Ensure full-time availability of drivers and vehicles
• Replace any faulty vehicle or driver within 24 hours
• Ensure drivers follow Afghan traffic laws
