FMIC | Request for Quotation – Supply of Cleaning Liquids

The French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC), jointly with Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS-A), invites eligible vendors to submit sealed quotations for the Supply of Cleaning Liquids through a Group Purchasing initiative under a one-year framework agreement.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their best and most competitive offers in Afghani (AFA), along with a copy of their valid and updated business license in a sealed envelope, in accordance with the specifications and requirements detailed in the attached RFQ document. The RFQ document can be downloaded from this announcement.

Quotations must be prepared using the provided RFQ format, duly signed and stamped, and remain valid for 30 calendar days. Prices must include applicable taxes, transportation, delivery, and unloading at both of the following destinations:

1. FMIC: University Road, Ali Abad, Kabul, Afghanistan.

2. AKHS-A: House No. 42, Behind Kabul Municipality Apartments, Klola Pushta, District No. 4, Kabul, Afghanistan.

Supplies will be ordered through individual purchase orders issued by each organization as required. Each organization will make payments separately, within 30 days after full delivery of each order and submission of a valid invoice.
