Position Summary

The Junior Motion Graphic Designer will support the creative and production teams in designing and producing motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual content for digital and broadcast platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop their skills while working on diverse and exciting projects under the guidance of experienced creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Assist in designing and producing motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual effects for commercials, social media, corporate videos, documentaries, promotional films, and awareness campaigns.
• Create engaging animated content for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and multimedia projects under supervision of senior motion graphic designers.
• Animate logos, titles, typography, infographics, and other visual elements.

• Assist in editing video content using industry-standard software.
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, color correction, and audio synchronization.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 1 year of experience through internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal portfolio is an advantage.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Blender or Cinema 4D is an advantage but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
