Job Description:
We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Bid Assistants. Government contracting to join our remote team. In this performance-driven role, you will be responsible for identifying federal contract opportunities, analyzing solicitations, sourcing competitive vendors, preparing compliant bids, and driving wins, all while earning uncapped commission on successful deals. Job Requirements:
Bidding Experience – Proven experience with government contracts and procurement processes from opportunity identification to bid submission
Strong English Proficiency – Ability to read complex documents, communicate clearly, and write compelling, professional proposals
Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy – Comfortable navigating procurement portals, managing documentation, and submitting error-free bids
Commission-Driven Mindset – Highly self-motivated with a focus on performance and results; eager to earn based on successful outcomes
