About the Role (Partnership Specialist- AWTL)
Partnerships Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with assigned business accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The primary focus will be on building connections and facilitating partnerships to support the organization's goals and initiatives.
This role involves proactive communication, understanding the needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including engaging with product development, optimizing organizational pipelines, creating and reviewing standard documents for B2B and B2C initiatives, and establishing valuable B2B partnerships for Aseel's impactful initiatives.
What You’ll Achieve (Key Responsibilities):
- Identifying and establishing partnerships with new organizations, including International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and Civil Rights Societies (CRS).
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and presentations to showcase the organization's work and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Contribute to boosting the company’s revenue target and bring in funds
- Identifying organizations and their key members to add them to the existing Accounts team funnels, including setting targets and monitoring the progress of targets.
- Initiating contact with various organizations and their members through different tools.
- Establishing B2B partnerships for Aseel Do Good, Buy Good, and AidOS.
- Regularly engage with clients through various communication channels, such as emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Develop a deep understanding of each assigned partner account's needs, goals, and pain points.
- Maintain a thorough record of interactions, agreements, and funnel..
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Keep the Business Development lead informed about accounts/partnerships status, opportunities, and challenges.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and industry expertise through training and self-learning.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership development status, including key metrics and achievements.
Job Requirements:
Skills You Will Need to Bring (Requirements):
- C1 and upper English and experience of bringing partnerships through reach-outs (emails, calls, and meetings)
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, communication, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership building, preferably within the Humanitarian and e-commerce sector.
- Strong pitching, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- High research skills and skilled in AI prompt engineering
- Change account funnels to partnerships and client management
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Extremely consistent and reliable to the team and the business units.
- Flexible, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and growing environment.
