Relief International (RI) is an international non-profit organization that partners with communities impacted by conflict, climate change and disaster to save lives, build greater resilience and promote long-term health and wellbeing. 

Our team of more than 7,000 staff and local volunteers work in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, providing Health and Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education and Livelihoods programming that creates the foundation for community resilience.

We do this by working with local actors to develop safe and inclusive local programming that is evidence based, conflict sensitive, climate smart, and reaches those in need. 

Relief International is an alliance of four organizations with one shared mission, comprised of Relief International, Inc., Relief International-France, Relief International-UK and Relief International-Europe, which operate under a one-team concept under a single senior leadership team.

روغتون کې د عمومي جراحۍ د ناروغانو تشخیص او تداوي

هدف او مقصد:

1- په روغتون کښي د عمومي جراحي اړوندو ناروغانو دقیق او پروخت تشخیص او تداوي.

2- د معالج ډاکټرانو، نرسانو او خدمتي کارکوونکو تربیه.

3- د سراپا او بستر ناروغانو جراحي پاملرنه ترسره کول.

عمده مسؤلیتونه:

- د مؤسسې او عامی روغتیا د وزارت د اصولو او مهالویش مطابق د نوکریوالۍ ترسر ه کول.

- د موجوده فورمو او لارښودونو مطابق په منظم او دقیق ډول د عمومي جراحي ناروغانو د تاریخچې ثبت او د هغوی تداوي.

- د عملیات څخه مخکي د ټولو لازمو معایناتو ترسره کول.

- د عملیات څخه مخکي د ناروغ او یا د هغه د قریبانوڅخه د موافقې ترلاسه کول.

- په ورځني پرکټیس کښي د پاکی او وقايې شرایطو ته خاصه پاملرنه.

- د عملیات څخه وروسته د ناروغانو مراقبت او پاملرنه کول.

- په هغه صورت کښي چي پروتوکول او نورمونه موجود وي باید پلی یې کړي او که موجود نه وي انکشاف او وده ورکړي.

- د کار په ځای کښي په ټولو اړوندو تربیوي پروګرامونو کښي منظمه او فعاله ونډه اخیستل.

- د ملي لارښودونو او پرکټیسونو په اړه د خپل مسلکي پوهي د کچي لوړول.

- د آمرینود غوښتني مطابق د روغتیايي مرکزونو څخه په نظارت او لیدنه کښي ونډه اخیستل.

وړتیا، مهارت او ځانګړنې:

- د افغانستان د تابیعت درلودل.

- د رسمي طبي پوهنتون او جراحي د څانګي د تخصص د فراغت معتبراسناد درلودل.

- په ازادانه او مستقل ډول د جراحي د پروسو په اړه د کافي تجربي شتون.

- په عمومي جراحي کښي د حداقل 5 کلني تجربې درلودل.

- د مهربانه او نیک برخورد لرونکی او په رسمي ژبو د لیکلو او خبرو اترو وړتیا ولري.

لازمې کړنې:

1- د عاجلې پېښې او معقول عذر پرته په رسمي وختونو کښي غیرحاضري نه کول.

2- په یو کال کښي ډاکټرانو، نرسانو او خدمتي کارکوونکو ته اقلاً د شپږو تربیوي پروګرامونو دایرول.

3- په ښه کیفیت د نارغانو د دوسیو ترتیبول.

ممنوعیتونه:

د مؤسسې د مسؤل له اجازې پرته د مؤسسې نماینده ګي کول.

د شخصي ګټي په خاطرد مؤسسې دملکيت يا دارائي استعمالول .

د نشه يي مشروباتو او دخانیاتو څخه استفاده کول.

او د ټولو هغهو قوانینو سرغړونه چي د جزا په قانون کښي ذکر شویدي.
