Afghan Health and Development Services (AHDS) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, and non-political organization founded by Afghans on April 7th, 1990.  AHDS is an active member of the Afghan NGOs Coordination Bureau (ANCB), the Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR), and the Alliance of Health Organizations (AHO). AHDS is one of the first signatories of the Codes of Conduct for NGOs engaged in humanitarian action, reconstruction, and development in Afghanistan.

The main office: AHDS is registered as a national NGO with the Ministry of Economy – Afghanistan. The registration number (5) was renewed on 25 Aug 2005 (old number 219 on 18 Nov 1999). Its TIN is 100 005 5 010.

مسؤوليت ها:

تشخيص و تداوي واقعات جراحي عمومي در شفاخانه ولسوالی  میباشد.

 تشخيص و تداوي دقيق و به وقت مريضان جراحي عمومي در شفاخانه.

تربيه دوکتوران ، نرس ها و مشمولين پروگرام تربيو ي داخل خدمت در شفاخانه.

مراقبت هاي جراحي به مريظان داخل بستر و سرپا.

کار کردن در ساعات رسمي وپابندي در نوکري ها طبق تقسيم اوقات تهيه شده.

ثبت و ريکارد تاريخچه وتداوي مريضان جراحي عمومي به اساس رهنمود و فورمه هاي موجود بشکل معتبر و واقعي.

مسئول تکميل معاينات لازمهً قبل از عمليات.

مسئول حصول موافقت از مريض و يا اقارب مريض قبل از انجام عمليات.

مراعات نمودن  جدي شرايط حفظ الصحوي وقايوي در پرکتس روزمره.

مراقبت مریضان بعد از عملیات مریضان.

در صورت موجوديت پروتوکول ها و نورم ها، مسول تطبيق و پياده کردن انها بوده و در صورت که اين پروتوکول ها و نورم ها موجود نباشد مسئول انکشاف همچو پروتوکول ها در شفاخانه ميباشد.

اشتراک فعال در طرح و تطبيق پروگرام هاي تربيوي محل کار و داخل خدمت در شفاخانه.

توانايي، مهارت و مشخصات:

داشتن تابعيت افغانستان

فارغ التحصيل یکی ازفاکولته هاي شناخته شده طب و تصديق تخخص در رشته جراحي عمومي.

تجربه انجام پروسيجر هاي جراحي عمومي بشکل مستقلانه.

حد اقل پنج سال تجربه کاري در جراحي عمومي
