ERTO is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization registration No: 4957 in the ministry of economy Islamic republic of Afghanistan, support equality & promoting equality to sustainable development in Afghanistan and other deserving countries through promoting the ability of local communities to decide upon and manage their own development process. The organization personnel around 200 professional staff they have minimum BSc degree with around minimum 4 years relevant experience. Core thematic areas are:

Emergency response during emergency situation (shelter, protection, health, food, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene).
Natural Resource Management; Small Scale Enterprise development only for women.
Agriculture irrigation system facilities providing for their development.
Social services through big and small workshops.
Social services for better urban development.
 Expert staff for municipalities technical support in Afghanistan (properties technical survey and data collection) training for usage the collected data for their different goals and raising municipalities revenue to manage better urban development.


Job Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations of the Finance directorate and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day administrative issues;
Provide administrative support to the finance unit in coordination and other desired activities.
Oversee the management of office supplies and stationery and ensure replenishment;
Ensure that administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspects of work;
Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Advisor / Specialist in all daily activities;
Assist the Finance Directorate Office in arranging of meetings and provision of required administrative supports;
Set up and maintain good communication and information sharing between Finance Directorate Office and the rest of the ministry directorates and external organizations;
Ensure efficient service provision for meetings by the administrative support staff;
Supervise the work of in-house cleaners to ensure that the office is kept clean and pleasant at all times;
Any other task assigned by the management.


Job Requirements:


Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Minimum One-year responsible experience of managing project environment.
Ability to sets and meets realistic deadlines & forecasts changes and communicates current and projected issues.

 Knowledge of written and spoken English, Pashto and Dari are required
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other staff
Ability to keep confidential documents and office confidentiality
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to demonstrate gender-sensitive and non-discriminatory behaviour and attitudes
Ability and willingness to multi-task and work under pressure
