Work relationship

·       Work under the responsibility of: HF- Directors

·       Supervision of: Non

·        In direct cooperation with: Health and Nutrition team, pharmacy team, logistic team, SRH Supervisor, HR team, MEAL Team, MHPSS team, office management team, Security team and PO

•          مور او ماشوم  ته د  ښه صحت زمينه برابرول .

1.         د نو زادو ماشومانو او سي بي اي زنانه و د مړيني مخنيوي کول.

2.         ټولوناروغانوته لازم صحی تعلیمات ورکول.

3.         په ټولواړونده ټرايننګونوکي برخه اخیستنه.

4.         دټولو واقعاتوراجسترکول اوريکارډساتل.

5.         دغوښتني په صورت کي په ميټينګونوکي ګډون کول.

- دوظیفی دلایحی له مخی په خپل وخت خپلی وظیفی ته حاضریدل

ساحی - ته د تلوڅخه دمخه دضرورت وړدټولو اړونده اسنادوبرابرول لکه:  تالی شیټ، راجستر، دریفراسناد، دANC, PNC, FP کارډونه اوداسی نور.

-د میاشتینی ، هفته وار او ورځنی پلانونوله مخی ساحوته تلل.

- د ولادت نه مخکئ اووروسته حامله ښځوته  د اي ان سي او پي ان سي   کارتونو ډکول .

- د مور او ماشوم د  مغلق او پيچيده واقعاتوڅخه خپل اړونده ډاکټر او يابل کوم مناسب روغتیایی مرکز ته ليږل.   

- د مريض  معاينه کول اود هغې دقيقه تاريخچه اخيستل.

- دولادي مريضانو ریفرکول نیږدی روغتیایی مرکزته د ولادت  لپاره .

- دلنډواټن لرونکوزيږونونو څخه د مخنيوي په باره کي مشوره ورکول او  د کارت ډکول.

- ټولو مورګانو ته د تغذی تعلیمات ورکول

- ټولو حامله میندو ته د حاملګی په اړه تعلیمات ورکول

- د ټولو میندو د MUAC کتل

-

- د حامله اوشیدی ورکوونکو میندو اوهغو ماشومانو چي عمر يي د 5

   کلونو څخه کم وي نشونما کتنه البته د خوارځواکی دتشخیص په صورت

   کی یی اړنده مرجع ته معرفی کول.

- دمريض تداوي اوهغه ته نسخه ليکل یواځی هغو مریضانوته چی قابله یی

   تداوی کولای شی البته د پی یو-اي ام ائ ، عامی روغتیاوزارت او

   نړيوال صحي سازمان دګا يډلاينونومطابق .

- ما شومان او زنا نه لیږل دواکسين شعبي ته او هم زنانووته واکسين 

   کول.  

- ښځو او ماشومانو ته صحي تعليمات ورکول.

- د راتلونکوملاقاتونولپاره دمیندواوماشومانو راجع کول نیږدی روغتیایی
