Job Summary

Percept Company is seeking a highly resourceful, senior Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Manager with a strong technical background and an established local procurement network. The IFM Manager will serve as the primary technical, commercial, and operational lead for our client accounts across multiple locations. This role requires a unique blend of mechanical expertise, strong IT/office skills, and a deeply rooted network of suppliers. You will be responsible for leveraging vendor relationships to quickly source products, writing technical specifications, managing project handovers, handling invoicing, and maintaining seamless client communications.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Sourcing & Procurement: Leverage a strong existing network of local vendors to quickly source parts, materials, and emergency facility products.
  • Brand & Market Knowledge: Apply deep knowledge of both local and major international equipment brands, building materials) to select high-quality products.
  • Technical Specifications: Create detailed technical specifications and scopes of work (SOW) for engineering, maintenance, and facility projects.
  • Project Delivery & Handover: Manage facility projects from initiation through execution, ensuring successful formal handover to the client upon completion.
  • Client & Financial Operations: Conduct regular site visits, lead client meetings, draft professional emails, and manage the complete client invoicing lifecycle.
  • Multi-City Mobility: Travel frequently between Kabul and other provincial cities to inspect sites, meet clients, and ensure service delivery standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management, building engineering, or procurement operations.
  • Procurement Network: Established, strong relationships with local suppliers and contractors in Kabul and other major cities for fast procurement turnaround times.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and international brand specifications Mechanical Skills: Hands-on technical background to effectively assess physical site issues and building automation.
  • IT & Office Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), professional email writing, and digital workplace tools.
  • Mobility: Flexibility and absolute willingness to travel to various cities across the country as required by project needs.
