Job Description:
The Admin/Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting project administrative tasks and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with AWRO and donor financial procedures.
TOR:
- Maintain financial records and prepare payment vouchers
- Support payroll, attendance records, advance settlements, and procurement documentation
- Assist in logistical arrangements for staff and field activities
- Maintain inventory and track assets
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain filing systems
- Assist in reconciling monthly expense reports with receipts and documentation
- Ensure compliance with AWRO financial policies and AHF donor requirements
- Carry out purchases for the project in field
- Prepare weekly expense reports and weekly cashbooks
- Compile and provide documents to the supervisor for further process
- Provide administrative support to the project field staffs
- Manage cash in hand
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Plan and conduct meetings when required
- Report incidents and events to the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; or High School Diploma with additional 2 years of experience
- At least 2 years of admin/finance experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and document management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
