Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
Re write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams -, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
Determine a concept for company proposals by attending meetings and identifying opportunities
Meet deadlines by being capable of prioritizing responsibilities and balancing your workload
Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.
Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
Work closely with ARI communications department for preparing high-quality proposal for ARI customers.
Communicate regularly with other managers, the director, vice president, president, and other designated contacts within the organization.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the general manager from time to time.


Job Requirements:

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Master degree in relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of work experience with national and/or international level. Experience should be related to senior levels of management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency and professional ability and skills of English language.
Ability to work flexibly, outside of normal office hours and in difficult condition.
High competencies in management.
Ability to work and deliver outputs under pressure
Self-motivated and able to recommend constructive solutions to challenges.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning skills with the ability to rapidly respond to ad-hoc requirements.
